Hi, my name is Marina Rolbin and in my health and wellness coaching practice I am guiding clients to make gradual and lasting lifestyle changes to reach a better state of well-being. I received my training at the Maryland University of Integrative Health where I completed the Master’s Degree in Health and Wellness Coaching with a concentration in nutrition. I truly believe that food can be medicine and eating whole unprocessed foods as well as practicing mindfulness techniques can bring significant improvements to the person’s life.
How I Can
I am passionate about helping people improve their health and quality of life through making healthier food choices, becoming more active, better balancing their lives and managing stress levels through mindfulness techniques. When working with the clients I create for them a safe and non-judgmental environment and guide them to achieve their own wellness goals and as a result they experience more energy and vitality, better health, more peace and happiness. Each client is different and this is why each partnership between a coach and a client is very unique. Having a partner on your side is so much better than trying to go through a change alone. Working with a coach gives you a listening ear, provides insight and reflective feedback of the situation as well as accountability that you would agree to. Changing your old habits is not easy, the setbacks are inevitable and that is just fine. As your coach I will be there to help you figure out your barriers or distractions and how to overcome them. I will encourage, motivate and support you but I cannot do it for you. Please be prepared to invest some time and work towards achieving your best self. You worth it!
